A one-day registration fee is available at the cost of $300 plus GST.

Conference Fee Includes:
All registrants have access to all sessions and exhibits and to the free services offered at the conference (refreshments, etc.).
- One copy of the Conference Program providing the program for all four tracks: AI 2008, GI 2008, CRV 2008 and IS 2008.
- One copy of the conference proceedings to which the registrant has registered - that is only one of proceedings for AI 2008, GI 2008, or CRV 2008. Copies of the other proceedings can be purchased. Registrants of IS 2008 will receive one copy of the Technology Showcase Guide with includes IS Poster Abstracts and Precarn Project Abstracts.
- Access to all four (4) conference tracks and SmartLinkages 2008
- Welcome Reception (evening - May 27th)
- Coffee/tea at breaks (AM & PM, May 28, 29 & 30)
- One Awards Banquet ticket (evening - May 29th) - extra tickets are available for $75
Student Member Identification:
The name and email of the supervisor must be provided for the student registration. Otherwise, the REGULAR FEE will be charged. The Student fee includes the proceedings for which they are registered and a ticket to the Awards Banquet.
Lunch:
Lunch is not provided by the conference.
Badges:
Badges will be required for access to all sessions, workshops and social events.
Laboratory Tours
There will be a number of laboratories both at the University of Windsor and local industry labs that will be scheduled during the course of the Conference. Details will be announced shortly. Attendance will be limited. Interested conference attendees will be required to register during onsite registration to secure a spot on the tour.
Special Requirements:
During the registration process please inform us of any dietary, accessibility, or other special requirements you may have. To the extent possible by the venue, the conference is determined to accommodate your needs.
Refund Policy:
A refund for registration fees less a 25% administration fee will be made to any registered participant who cancels his or her registration by April 30, 2008. No refund will be made if cancellation requests are received after April 30, 2008. Substitutions from the same organization will be accepted if submitted in writing up to and including May 19, 2008.
Travel Visa:

Weather in Windsor:
The end of May is a beautiful late Spring month; the average temperature being around 15 degrees Celsius (60 degrees Fahrenheit). As the weather can be variable, it is recommended that you bring a pullover and a raincoat.
Insurance:
The Organizing Committee cannot accept responsibility for accidents or injury to participants and accompanying persons or damage to items accompanying them, which may occur during or arising from the AI/GI/CRV/IS 2008. Participants should therefore take the steps they consider appropriate regarding insurance.
